Meet Anna Demetriades—the botanical alchemist behind ANTHEA. As a child, her Athens-born grandfather told her mythical tales of the Greek Goddesses and Gods of his native country. Their use of botanicals and honey to enchant, heal, and retain youthful beauty fascinated and inspired her. She especially was drawn to Demeter, goddess of the harvest, from whom her last name is derived.

Anna grew up wild harvesting plants in the mountains surrounding her Idaho home. This is where her mother showed the young apprentice how to transform beneficial native botanicals into high vibrational infusions, essential oils, and essences—in a process that never stops feeling like magic.
